Join Stephanie Dignan, personal trainer from The Boot Camp Girl, and Dr. Betty Smith for an informative seminar about improving fitness and reversing aging through proper eating and exercise.
Betty Smith is the record holder for most miles in 48 hours for a woman between 70-74 years old (89 miles). Betty has also completed 6-day ultra-marathons, completing these races with no injuries and actually verifying through her physician that her bones are actually strengthening after these races.
Through proper posture, strengthening exercises, balance and relaxation Betty has run ultra-marathons without injury. She has advice for runners and walkers. She practices the Chi Running method and has advanced this practice and teaches her own method that uses Chi Running as a foundation.
Betty was at one time an overweight smoker. Over the last 40 years or so she has transformed herself into an athlete and is still going strong. If you are looking for motivation, she will help with that!
