Roots Recipe: Breakfast Bowl

Breakfast Bowl for one — 5 minutes to prepare!

1 cup Nancy’s Yogurt (Vanilla Oat)
¼ cup Wyman’s frozen blueberries
⅓ cup Michele’s Granola (Ginger Hemp)
1 fresh Banana, sliced

How to:
In a small bowl, layer with yogurt, blueberries, granola and banana. Repeat layers.

Why it’s great:
Perfect for any time of day, filled with probiotics and 2 servings of fruit! East to customize: add some cacao nibs, goji berries, a mix of nuts and seeds, maple syrup, even some turmeric powder! “The possibilities are endless and I eat some variation of this recipe every day but somehow it’s never been the same bowl twice.”
