Stuffed Medjool Dates

The perfect afterschool snack by Lauren Price from Flora & Vino!

-8 Medjool dates, pitted, and split open 
-1/4 cup Once Again nut butter 
-1 TBSP Equal Exchange dark chocolate chips 
-Let’s Do Organic unsweetened shredded coconut

Place the pitted dates on a plate. Spread ½ TBSP nut butter into the center of each pitted Medjool date. Sprinkle the stuffed dates with dark chocolate chips and shredded coconut and serve them immediately!
